The Trowel Award is given once a year during the gardening season. The nomination is submitted by a Project Coordinator to recognize a member of the project team who consistently “shows up”, is dependable, enthusiastic and gets the assigned job done. This person also makes creative contributions to the project that are over and above what is assigned.
